When will I receive my tickets?
Events listed on this site will have the tickets delivered in 1 of 2 formats and is dependant on the venue and this will be shown in customer details page on this site.

E- ticket - 'Print at Home' electronic tickets will be delivered to the email address supplied at the point of ticket purchase. This ticket format will contain a 2D barcode which is scanned at the venue for verification and redemption.

Physical ticket - Tickets will be sent to you approx 4 weeks before the event. However in some circumstances tickets will not be received until 7 days before the event, please do not contact us until 5-7 days before if you have not received your tickets.

If you have opted for USPS post this has no method of tracking and tickets will not be re-issued.

If you choose secure courier delivery you will receive your ticket(s) up until one week before the event. We strongly recommend you choose secure courier delivery, as tickets are fully traceable and insured. You will also be left a calling card to rearrange delivery should you be unavailable on first attempt; you are able to provide an alternative delivery address in this instance.

How can I find out my seat numbers?
Tickets are normally allocated at dispatch and therefore you will not be able to find out your seating allocation until receipt of your tickets.

What are the door opening times?
This information regarding the specific event you have purchased tickets for can be found at the venues own website. Please be aware that these times are subject to change without prior notification from the venue and promoter.

Is there disabled access?
Please refer to the venue website for accessibility or contact the venue directly.

Are there any age restrictions?
Age restrictions are enforced for all events. Please check your ticket purchase to ensure that you meet any age restrictions that are applicable.

Why can I only buy 4 tickets?
A maximum of 4 Tickets per event has been set to allow as many people to attend as possible. There will be no exceptions.

Can I apply for tickets if I'm not a US resident?

Is this site secure?
Yes, all your details are held securely on our systems. When processing payments, we use a SSL secure connection to the banks computers. Your credit or debit card details are NOT retained by us.

What name will appear on my Credit Card or Bank Statement?
Skillsdj payments will be handled by Trinity St's associate company, DirectPay Ltd. DirectPay will appear on your card statement.

Can I get a refund?
Tickets are sold as non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are strictly at the Managements discretion.
